    ‘Shared Ownership Mortgages’ are now part of the pledge given by our new Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
    We at CTAB are currently talking to several more Lenders to see if they intend to join this new and up and coming mortgage market.

    Currently there are only around ten recognised Lenders in this section.
